To receive your Nikon Promotional Gift Card, download the form at NikonProGear.com and then you must submit postmarked no later than November 30, 2008 the following:

• UPC Bar Code from ATB Binocular box
• Original store receipt showing ATB Binocular purchase
• Your complete name, email address, postal address, city, state, zip code, phone number, (No P.O. Boxes will be accepted).
