Return Policy
A COPY OF THE RETURN FORM MUST ACCOMPANY ALL RETURNED GOODS
 
RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE PURCHASED ON THIS WEBSITE WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED FOR 30 DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF GOODS.
 
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange, replace or credit your merchandise when it is returned in a saleable condition.
Exchanges, replacements, or credits will be issued for merchandise containing factory defects not caused by normal wear and tear.
 
If you receive damaged or factory defective merchandise or merchandise not on your packing slip, we will reimburse US Postal Service Ground return shipping costs only.  Please include a copy of the receipt for the return shipping costs with this completed Return Form.  Merchandise should not be shipped COD, or using any form of express mail. If you return merchandise using a shipping method other than US Postal Service Ground you will not be reimbursed for the additional costs in excess of the US Postal Service Ground costs. Please be aware that some stores that provide shipping and packing services charge extra for these services and those charges will not be reimbursed.
Return shipping costs will NOT be reimbursed for merchandise returned due to reasons other than damage or defect.
